Mel feels like she is on a perpetual rollercoaster, a wild ride and balance of sitting in a solid, secure ‘locked in’ position but is always up for the adventure & the unknown that awaits! Whilst crossing things off her many lists…

Project management, people and team is her background, from running boutique surf hostels, managing community cafes & a ceramic studio, to cooking eggs for 200 people & hosting a lunch for the Queen of England…she is confident turning her hand to pretty much anything except van mechanics.
